PAYMENT/BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All prices are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD).
We only accept the payment options displayed on our Site.
Customers can view the options available on our website www.unikhome.com
We accept Cash, Nets, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX at Unikhome Showroom. We accept PayPal and credit card payment online.
Unikhome currently ships to any registered street address in Singapore, excluding restricted areas (e.g. Pulau Ubin). If you wish your order to be shipped to an other country, please send us a message at email@example.com.
We ship by Singapore Post, external couriers or our delivery team in case of delivery (& assembly) of furniture. Shipping costs are calculated by volume and weight.
Delivery and assembly charges applies for furniture.
After placing the order we will contact you to make arrangements for delivery. Deliveries will take place as soon as possible after confirmation of the order. Deliveries can take place from Monday to Saturday in between 10:00am to 6:00pm. If the customer requires delivery after 6:00pm, on Sundays, or Public Holidays please contact us, there might be extra charges.
If the items are not in stock but expected to arrive we will inform customer about expected time of arrival. If customer wants to postpone delivery please contact us in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For any changes/enquiries regarding a confirmed delivery schedule customer can contact us at: email@example.com. For changes kindly do this at least 2 days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Delivery will only proceed if the delivery team deems it suitable to go ahead in a non-hazardous manner. If the lifting process is deemed hazardous, (e.g. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway), and deemed unfeasible based on our assessment, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.
In the event that customer would like to collect the order from our showroom, just send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unikhome will let customer know when the items are ready for collection. If customer paid a shipping fee Unikhome will pay the shipping fee back to the mode of payment which customer used for placing the order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unikhome does not accept any returns of products unless the item arrived damaged or if customer receives the wrong item. Requests for replacement should be emailed accompanied with pictures immediately after delivery or purchase to: email@example.com.
If your claim is honored, Unikhome will try to arrange a prompt replacement or to resolve the issue as expeditiously as possible. If Unikhome
is unable to replace the damaged or wrongly delivered item, Unikhome will refund the paid amount for these items to the original mode of payment.
If customer is not satisfied with the delivered item bought from Unikhome, the customer can do a one-time exchange (per receipt) for another product(s). Exchange has to take place within 7 days after purchase of a product or delivery of the product in our showroom at Tan Boon Liat Building #07-06A. Unikhome cannot provide a store credit.
Exchange can only take place if:
- product is in new condition and unused
- product is in original packaging
- item was not discounted
Not eligible for return are the following products:
- used products
- discounted products
Unikhome reserves the right to reject exchange/return if the item does not meet the requirements for exchange/return.
Once customer has placed the order and payment is completed, the customer is not able to cancel the order anymore. The customer is entitled to exchange products before delivery. Note that exchanges are one-time (per receipt) and only available for items of the same price or less (this includes delivery charges); refer to our Return & Exchange section for more details. If the order is already confirmed for delivery Unikhome might not be able to arrange exchange anymore, in that case exchange can take place in our showroom within seven (7) days after reception.
Cancellation can only take place if Unikhome is not able to deliver the ordered items. In that case the paid amount will be refunded by Unikhome to customer by the used payment mode.
We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including but not limited to, when users visit our website, register on the site, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our website. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, their email address and other personal/private information. Users may also visit our site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website related activities such as special announcements, events, sales, etc.
NON-PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
We may collect non-personal identification information about users whenever they interact with our website. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about users’ means of connection to our website, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Unikhome may collect and use users personal information for the following purposes:
- to improve our website
- we may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.
- to run a promotion, contest, survey or other website feature

If a user decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information etc. If at any time the user would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. If you believe you have made a mistake and opted-out unintentionally, please contact us for instructions on how to reactivate your account.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
We will never share your personal identification information with any third parties. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our site.
DO WE SHARE PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
We do not sell, trade, or rent users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By continuing to use this website, it signifies your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use the Unikhome’ website and properties. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These website Terms and all matters relating to your access to, or use of, the website and the services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
